Dinner & Drinks hosted by your friends at Indigo Trigger, Site Impact and Compulse. This is an invitation only event limited to 75 guests.

Cocktail Hour: 7-8pm

Appetizers

• Horiatiki - Classic Greek salad. Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, olives, feta cheese, EVOO. 
• Burrata - Fresh Creamy Burrata cheese, heirloom tomatoes, balsamic. 
• Calmarakia - Fried calamari, tzatziki, EVOO

Entrees

• Kotopoulo - Free range organic grilled chicken, homemade fries, tzatziki
• Grilled Salmon - Wild caught Atlantic grilled salmon, sauteed spinach, grilled lemon. 
• Filet Mignon - Creekstone grillled filet mignon, mushroom demi-glace, asparagus

• Baklava

About the Astra Rooftop

The Astra Rooftop is exquisitely landscaped in an open air terrace. The sky garden has been designed to create an open and vibrant place of leisure. The designs showcase a series of richly planted terraces dominated by Mediterranean species of plants such as olive and lemon citrus trees chosen to work in harmony with the abundance of light.
